Resolve inbound Authorisation requests .
Charges need to be resolved within the assigned empowerment limit together with existing International Authorisations Policies and Procedures.
Update support messages and account status into CAS for Credit/Collection or as advised by Management.
Handle calls with highest quality standards and ensure delivery of excellent brand service.
Handle lost/stolen cards enquiries after business office hours, weekends and public holidays.
