Global Operations Executive (IMMEDIATE INTAKE)!!!
(Selangor - Cyberjaya)
Responsibilities:
Ensure consistent delivery of excellent quality services to customers and clients.
Process transactions accurately and respond to customers or clients requests efficiently.
Ensure organization's service level are achieved through immediate resolution of product and service inquiry or complaints.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, Banking or any other related field.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Independent, self-confident and highly motivated.
MUST be able to work on a rotating shift hours.
Training will be provided for all successful applicants.
