Sales Account Officer

Responsibilities:

• Client Visit – Build good relationship with clients
• Quotation – Prepare price draft for daily customer quotation request and involve in negotiations with customers for annual/semi-annual contract price
• Handle Technical inquiry – Prepare product specs, data or samples based on daily customers request. Coordinate engineering meeting together with our internal engineers
• Handle Quality problems – Receive customer’s quality complaint and request internal QC department for analysis. Visit customer together with QC engineer for further analysis if necessary.
• Sales Promotion & Share up activity – Get new sales promotional information & product demand information from customer. Negotiate with customers for new business and share up.
• Others (Internal Reporting & System registration) – Update Customer information in database update, do Weekly & Monthly Reporting, Semi-Annual Sales Budget Preparation, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in sales related roles. Candidate without sales experience but posses the right attitude will also be considered. Sales driven and customer-oriented
• The candidate should be good in developing new and existing markets through innovative sales strategies
• Should be result oriented, resourceful and focused on numbers
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to demonstrate excellent negotiation skills.
• Able to work well with other team members across the organization and achieve productive working relationships.
• Excellent communicator with people skills.
• Candidate should have good communication and writing skills and fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in Chinese and dialects will be added advantage.
• Must possess own transport and a valid driving license
