Customer Service Assistant (RM 1.4K – RM 1.7K)
Prefer Chinese / Malay female
Responsibilities:
Take telephone orders and process distributor orders
Perform simple accounting jobs, cashiering and prepare cheques for banking
Handle distributors/customers’ enquiries
Perform data entry and order processing related duties
Requirements:
SPM with 2 years experience in accounting and customer-oriented working environment
Enjoy meeting and working with people
Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage
Good typing skills and computer literate
