Team Leader (Returns) (RM 1.5K – RM 2.0K)
Prefer Chinese / Malay male
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Returns processing, disposal processes and order processing operations.
Provide optimum service to meet the expectations of distributors in the returns / order processing and customer service processes
Ensure prompt and efficient follow-up of issues and inquiries
Provide analytical reports on returns on weekly and monthly basis
Lead and guide the Returns team on the areas of improvement.
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline with 3 years working experience in customer service environment
Pleasant personality with effective communication skills
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin will be an added advantage
Supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
