Assistant Product Manager (Beauty/Cosmetic) (RM4.5K – RM6K)
Prefer Chinese female, good looking who can brings out the product brand
Responsibilities:
Strategize product launches, promotions and activities necessary for new product introductions into the market
Lead team in strategic planning for business line
Conduct market research, surveys and analysis on products in the portfolio
Lead trainers in planning for training programmes to meet and support business line objectives
Build up brand awareness for cosmetic products
Handle distributor/customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements:
Degree in Business Studies or Marketing related discipline with 6 years experience in FMCG working environment. Preferably those in cosmetic or personal care line.
Good experience in product branding activities
Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent in both spoken and written English.
