ACCOUNT MANAGER (JLN AMPANG, KL)

Job Requirement
Years of Experience: - Prior experience in Customer Service / Sales - Marketing area will be an added advantage.
Qualification: Diploma and above
Job Description: An account manager will be reporting to the Manager, Account Management, and will provide support to customers by resolving their problem; assist business builders in building their business through training and motivation support. Also provide prompt and accurate responses to all concerns and questions relating to their business.
-Answer Distributor Support Line with professionalism.
-Assist Distributors on daily issues through phone, emails, walk ins etc.
-Meeting with distributors to motivate and goal set on their target and growth.
-Provide training as and when needed.
-Travel to distributor areas as and when needed to provide support.
