We are a job recruitment company providing services of all levels to leading corporations in various industries. On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for the right candidate to fill the following position :
Payroll Executive
(Shah Alam)
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update new and resigned employees on monthly basis.
Prepare payroll schedules for new employees and salary adjustments.
Key in all data for monthly overtime, allowance, deductions and adjustments.
Process the company’s payroll accurately and on time with limited supervision.
Ensure compliance with local statutory payments and Government reporting (income taxes, HRDF, Socso, EPF, EA forms, etc..)
Prepare monthly payroll report and any other ad hoc reports
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in payroll administration.
Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
Good inter-personal skills, able to meet deadlines.
Meticulous, tactful, have a positive attitude and high level of integrity.
Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & verbal).
Experience in handling computerized payroll system.
