QA Manager
at JR Sdn Bhd in Selangor
I am Miss Lai, a recruitment specialist who is looking for potential candidate for the above postion for my manucaturing MNC client in Bangi. The salary offiered is RM 7,000 per month.
The requirements are:
1. Recognized Degree in any related engineering field.
2. Manufacturing experience either in process engineering or production background is a must.
3. Preferable to have a minimum of 4 years managerial experience in QA related areas.
4. Knowledge in ISO 9001: 2000 is a must.
The responsibilities of this position:
1. Oversee the entire QA operations and needs for smooth operation of the department.
2. Provide quality-related support to Sales & Marketing in achieving company’s quality objectives. Supports include periodic meetings with strategic customers, testing of trial products quality performance.
3. Lead and supervise the quality team in product testing, troubleshooting and drives the improvement and rectification on quality related problems from time to time.
4. Work and monitor closely with production, sales, customers and suppliers on preventing and resolving quality issues.
5. Analyze and take timely action to address trends of non-conformance products from customer complaints, incoming materials and in-manufacturing processes.
6. Work together with raw material suppliers to address any quality issues or new product development.
7. Handle customer complaints by conducting investigation and providing feedback to the requester within the specified time and feedback to respective team for corrective actions.
8. Act as a Quality Management Representative.
