Our client is in the retailing business for apparels is expanding its business is looking for energetic candidates to join their team for the position of:

RETAIL EXECUTIVE
(Based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang – Queensbay Mall, Seberang Prai Jusco, Kelantan – KB Mall, Kedah – Alor Star Tesco)

Job responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

• Extremely attentive to customer needs and concerns, complaints and inquiries.
• Access customer requirements and convey to the management during stock procurement
• Maintain a customer database on regular basis.
• Ensure customer satisfaction on the selling floor, maintains inventories at the adequate levels, promote sales and maintains the appearance of the store.

Product/Visual Merchadise

• Possess a thorough knowledge of products displayed in the retail establishment.
• Maintains internal visual merchandising and in-store displays and ensure store appearance meets company standard at all times

Operations & Management

• Develop, implement and monitor a store prospecting plan to increase sales, facilitates and participates in weekly staff training/educational sessions to increase knowledge also create high levels of motivation and inspire team to achieve results.
• Established store work schedules and staffing issues to effectively manage payroll expenses. Exhibits a higher level of leadership presence within all aspects of the business and other internal departments
• Monitors the overall daily operation of store including hiring, discipline and scheduling of employees to ensure cost effective and quality store operations.
• Effectively manages profit and loss responsibility for store and protects company assets. Analyzes various business reports for trend analysis and strategic planning purpose
• Analyzes store operations to continuously find methods to simplify procedures and improve process.
• Responsible for all functions in the store include sales, customer service, inventory and technical trouble shooting.
• Polite, courteous and must have a good communication skills with all level.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Queensbay Mall, Seberang Prai Jusco, Kelantan – KB Mall, Kedah – Alor Star Tesco & Kuala Lumpur.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
