We are a local company representing international manufacturers and suppliers in the supply of technical and skill training equipments, ICT products and services in numerous fields to the public and private sectors. In view of our expansion, we are seeking qualified candidates for the post of:-

ICT Facilitator

Contract Basis: (3 to 6 months)
Start Date: Phase 1 – (13 April to 31 July)
Start Date: Phase 2 – (1 June to 31 September)
Contract Type: Full Time

(Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Perlis, Kedah, Pulau Pinang, Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Johor, Pahang, Terengganu, Kelantan, Sabah dan Sarawak)

Responsibilities:

• To assist school teacher to provide training to school users.
• To conduct additional group training and one-to-one couching to end users.
• To monitor and feedback to project team on the reaction and comments of end users.
• To provide pro-active solutions, necessary response plan and preventing recurring of similar problems, taking into account the user needs.
• To carry out Functionalities and Satisfaction Survey in assigned schools for documents sign-off requirement.
• To liaise between school and project team on any issue pertaining to the project.
• To perform under scheduled assigned and to meet strict deadline.
• To maintain good rapport with end users.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Ability to plan and execute training and one-to-one couching with end users.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good written and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good problem solving skills, analytical mind with ability to multi task and work in a team environment.
• Experience in software applications support is an added advantage.
• Experience in technical support is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates and practical trainees are encouraged to apply.
• Must possed own transport.
• Working Day: Mon – Sat
• Working Time: 7.30 am – 4.30 pm (Mon – Fri) and 7.30 am – 1.30 pm (Sat)
