Retail Manager / Executive
(Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall store operations and profit including productivity and service standards. He/She will oversee a variety of staff functions. This includes ensuring that sales targets are met, maximising profitability, increasing customer satisfaction and ensuring continued business growth.
• Overseeing stock levels, analysing sales figures, problem solving and responding to customer complaints and comments.
• Directs and coordinates activities concerned with the operations of a retail outlet within company guidelines and policies.
• Coordinates and manages new outlet set-up.
• Other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline and must be mature.
• Possess at least 3 years experience in related filed.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in footwear, leatherwear and apparels would be an added advantage.
• Skills Required: strong planning, organization, supervisory, communication and relationship building skills.
• Possess a high degree of initiative and self-starter.
• Managing and motivating staff to increase sales and improve efficiency.
• Be thoroughly organized and have a proactive approach.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• Good experience meeting budgets and goals with strong leadership skills.
• Willing to travel, re-allocation and possess a valid driving license.
