Responsibilities:

• To be accountable for the effective planning, delivery and provision of academic and personal development of all students placed under your charge.
• To provide appropriate clinical experiences for student nurses according to their level of training so as to meet the requirements of the General Nursing Curriculum. Through effective guidance and supervision the student will graduate as safe and caring registered nurses.
• To be responsible for creating a conducive learning environment and to treat every student as individual who has the ability to learn and reach her potential.

Requirements:

• Registered nurse with Malaysian Nursing Board with minimum of 4 years of Clinical experience
• Possess a Diploma/Bachelor degree in Nursing
• Possess Annual Practicing License
• Possession of Post Basic qualification in relevant discipline will be an advantage
• Advantage if possess teaching experience
