Promoter Supervisor

Salary Range : RM2500 – RM4000 + Sales Incentives
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train and motivate promoters.
- Supervise, develop, guide the promoter team to build up sales at selected retail outlets
- Establish relationship and coordinate services with key account clientele
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing Manager to implement effective A&P strategies and activities
Requirements:
• SPM Level or Diploma in any field.
• Preferably female with minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in managing a team of promoters
• Sales and marketing background will be an added advantage
• Conversant in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (added advantage)
• Willing to travel outstation
- Meticulous, self-motivated, organized and result-oriented
