Requirements

• Degree in engineering, architecture, building, quantity surveying or relevant qualification
• At least 5 years’ working experience in property development
• Good understanding in drawings, building regulations and M&E systems for residential development is essential
• Able to liase with consultants, contractors, customer service officers and property maintenance officers
• Mature, confident and able to work effectively with internal/external parties
