Sales Support Assistant Manager Full-time

at Tele-Temps Sdn Bhd (Anywhere)

Responsibilities:
· Generate invoice, credit note, debit note, collection note, location transfer, purchase return, purchase order, issue note
· Generate goods received note for incoming stock
· Create item code for new product
· Create new salesman code
· Create location code- salesman & dealer
· Deal with Penang office billing transaction
· Print stock balance for logistic dept
· Deal with supplier for ordering stock- canon / FTZ
· Prepare report and monitor ICN & TGIN stock
· Attend management meeting & sales meeting
· Filing- credit note, debit note, collection note, location transfer, issue note, sales order &
· Purchase order.
· Monitor sales support work flow
Requirements:
· Academic Qualification: Diploma / Degree
· 4 – 5 years experience in similar capacity
· Gender: Female
· Race: Chinese
· Age: Between 30 - 40

Other Information:

· Salary Offered: RM 3, 000 – RM 4, 000
· Working Hours / Days: 8.30am-5.30pm(Mon-Fri)
· Work Location: Petaling Jaya
