Customer Service Full-time

at Tele-Temps Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • To assist and to provide information and guide to patrons and tenants eventually leading them to the right wholesalers
  • To receive enquiries and direct or navigate accurately to each and every individual enquiries (call, walk-in etc)
  • To summary report and analysis on patrons behavior, complaints, suggestion etc
  • To translate and lead patron effective and correctly to their designated wholesale or area

Requirements:

  • Possess SPM / Diploma / Advance Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Pleasant looking and good personalities
  • Any Gender
  • Race: Chinese
  • Age: Between 21 – 40

Other Information:

  • Salary Offered: RM 1, 400 – RM 1, 800
  • Working Hours / Days: 8.00am-5.00pm(Mon-Fri) / Sat 8.00am-12.00pm
  • Work Location: Bandar Botanic, Klang
