We are a well-established and progressive group of companies involved in wholesaling and retailing of seafood, vegetables and fruits, with extensive distribution and a broad customer base which includes major retailers and chain stores. In line with our expansion, we invite suitably qualified candidates who are dynamic, highly motivated and dedicated to fill the following position:

Responsibilities:

1.To assist HR & Admin Supervisor in handling all HR daily activities.
2.To follow up closely with HRA outlets on Payroll Preparation Reports (Monthly Schedule, Monthly Reports, Organization Structure, Overtime Report, Leave & Attendance Record, Employee Movement Report) and others form/correspondence.
3.Prepare, update and maintain personal files and ensure all reports and letters are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
4.To perform any other duties as instructed by immediate superior or any other person/persons assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

1.Minimum SPM or Certificate in Human Resource Management.
2.Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3.Computer literate.
4.Willing to work 6 days work.
