We are a well-established and progressive group of companies involved in wholesaling and retailing, and operating Cash & Carry chain stores in Malaysia. In line with our expansion, we invite suitably qualified candidates who are dynamic, highly motivated and dedicated to fill the following position:-

Work Locations : Kayu Ara (Petaling Jaya) and Batu Caves (Selayang)

Responsibilities:
1.To assist Store Manager in handling store\'s HR and Admin daily activities
2.To prepare and update Payroll Preparation Reports (Monthly Schedule, Monthly Report, Organization Structure, Overtime Report, Leave & Attendance Record, Employee Movement Report)
3.To handle customer service enquiries and processing of memberships card
4.To perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior or any other person assigned by the Management

Requirements:

1.Candidate must possess at least a Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3.Able to write and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4.Willing to work 6 days.
5.Training will be provided.
