Sales Coordinator

We are a well-established and progressive group of companies involved in imports, exports, wholesaling and retailing, with extensive distribution and a broad customer base which includes major retailers and chain stores. In line with our expansion, we invites suitably qualified candidates who are dynamic, highly motivated and dedicated to fill the following:-
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for handling customer\'s enquiry pertaining to products, prices, goods availability and product usage.
2.To prepare quotation, purchase order and make arrangement of goods delivery.
3.To perform sales administrative duties and sales data entry.
4.To follow-up with sales personnel on the status of sales collection.
5.To assist sales collection from customers.
Requirements:
1.Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration.
2.Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and other Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
3.Computer literate
4.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
5.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
