REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATORS Full-time

Job Responsibilities :

  • Selling real estate is simple business. What it requires are ordinary people with extra-ordinary determination to do what it takes to make it successful with the right skill, techniques and attitudes.
  • It is a career and not just another sales job. It is solution-oriented and it makes you an all-rounder as you are involved in multi-tasking, ranging from planning, strategizing, financial planning, problem solving, leveraging on manpower, negotiating, managing customers expectations and many more.
  • Procure property listings and prospect for clients. Marketing of properties for clients and provide Real Estate information & Consultation. Actively learning and understanding property market in selection region.

Job Requirements :

  • SPM, Diploma, university level, preferably with related experience in the service industry.
  • Fresh Diploma Holder are welcome.
  • A pleasant, warm and cheerfull personality.
  • Customer-oreinted with a passion to serve and understand customer\‘s need.
  • Must enjoy working in a team with good interpersonal skill within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good spoken English, Chinese & Malay language.
  • Allication must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • All must go to attend the trainning.
  • Must process own transport.
  • Good commission scheme and earning is unlimited.
  • On the job training, listing and IT support provided.
