SME Consultant
at company confidential in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
Min Education/Qualification : Degree
No of Years of Experience : 1 year or Fresh graduate
Length of Assignment : contract
Salary Offered : RM1,400
Other Allowances : Based on commission
1. To consult SME customer on the needs and requirements
2. To propose suitable packages/solution to SME Customer.
3. Develop continuous & maintain good customer relationship that will lead to better customer’s experience.
4. Engage with all related internal team on operational matters.
5. Anticipate training organized by Channel team to enhanced knowledge & competencies.
6. Responsible & accountable to achieve sales target
7. Become the main touch point to handle SME customer’s issues, pending order, billing, complaints etc.
8. Involved directly with SME events, assist others’ event as and when required to achieve the monthly target.
9. To build close relationship with local PTT team, Marketing &Channel / District Executive to plan & organize sales initiatives.
10. Must understand current SME market layout, such as industries demographic factor, workforce, financial etc.
