Customer Service Representative Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client accounts.
  • Resolve client requests, enquiries and complaints via calls and emails.
  • Liaise with other internal departments to effectively resolve client queries.
  • Participate in project work as required.
  • Participate in outbound calling as requested.
  • Customer training and troubleshooting.
  • Keep abreast with products and offerings through briefings, training, product write-ups and other materials.
  • Escalate higher level issues to the appropriate officer.
  • Continual education on the ASX (Australian Stock Exchange).
  • Salary offered from RM 2400 – RM 3400

Requirements:
Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
A recognized Degree in Business/ Accounting/ Finance/ Management or relevant professional qualifications.
Keen interest in stock broking and financial investments.
Must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
Customer focused with customer service experience and great interpersonal skills.
Keen and willing to learn about the Australian Stock Exchange.
Positive attitude and great team spirit.
Internet savvy.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Other skills (desired but not essential): Experience in equity or futures market, experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
