Accounts cum Administrative Assistant Full-time

at Global Rail Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing progress claims, invoices, delivery orders etc
  • Perform accounting data entry
  • Assist in the overall administrative matters
  • Coordinate communication between site office and Head Office
  • Assist in maintaining an efficient and effective filling system to ensure smooth retrieval process
  • Support Procurement, Store and Operations in the areas of procurement, logistic and inventory.
  • Coordinate with and assist store in generating and updating stock cards
  • Carry out/assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior from time to time

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Minimum LCCI Group Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Working experience: 1 to 2 year(s) in performing the above responsibilities
  • Required skills: Computer literacy; analytical, planning, organization, communication & coordination skills, ability to work in a fast moving multi-tasking environment is a must. Experience working in an ISO certified company is an added advantage.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Dedicated with initiative and drive to improve and develop
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Immediate availability is an added advantage
