Accounts cum Administrative Assistant
at Global Rail Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing progress claims, invoices, delivery orders etc
- Perform accounting data entry
- Assist in the overall administrative matters
- Coordinate communication between site office and Head Office
- Assist in maintaining an efficient and effective filling system to ensure smooth retrieval process
- Support Procurement, Store and Operations in the areas of procurement, logistic and inventory.
- Coordinate with and assist store in generating and updating stock cards
- Carry out/assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior from time to time
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum LCCI Group Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Working experience: 1 to 2 year(s) in performing the above responsibilities
- Required skills: Computer literacy; analytical, planning, organization, communication & coordination skills, ability to work in a fast moving multi-tasking environment is a must. Experience working in an ISO certified company is an added advantage.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Dedicated with initiative and drive to improve and develop
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Immediate availability is an added advantage
