Job Responsibilities:

1. To develop new customers and service for existing customers on all queries.
2. To execute sales & marketing plans/strategies towards achievement of sales targets & objectives.
3. To prepare accurate costing & quotations so as to ensure profitable returns & customer satisfaction.
4. To check deliveries with related department personnel through proper communication & assist in
ensuring that deliveries are met.
5. To assist in other sales related functions as required by the superior.
6. To maintain good relationship with both existing and potential customers and to provide necessary
support at all times.
7. To assist in overall market feedback and analysis
8. To ensure customer database is updated

Job requirements:-

1. Possess at least Diploma/Certificate in Marketing/Engineering or related qualification.
2. Good negotiation, excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
3. Customer oriented and focused on identifying and meeting customers' needs.
4. Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience in industrial equipment & mechanical system to factories.
5. Posses own transport.
6. Willing to travel within Malaysia.
