JUNIOR SYSTEM ANALYST Full-time

Junior Analyst assists in the analysis, design and implementation of electronic data processing systems. They are responsible for assisting in data gathering and analysis of methods and procedures, design recommendation in the form of user proposals, operational instructions and computer program specifications and implementation and support involving systems testing and user training.

Responsibilities
• Assists in conducting detailed analysis of operations.
• Assists in the development of procedural manuals and trains users on requirements for automated systems.
• Assists in the preparation of process charts and analysis that reflect work flow, external verification and audit points, and output requirements.
• Reviews and/or revises existing systems to increase efficiency.
• Prepares and keeps departmental records and reports.
• Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
• Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times and that all documentation is accurate and complete, and in accordance with the department policies and procedures.
• Ensure testing is performed thoroughly and test procedures documented before release to production.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication skill and analytical in problem solving.
• At least 2 years experience in Information Technology related fields.
• Knowledge in PHP, MySQL, Javascript, HTML, Ajax, CSS is an advantage.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
• Work as a team and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Good planning, organizing and able to define problems and generate creative solutions.
• Good knowledge in principles & practices of system specifications, standards application programming & design
• Applicants must be willing to travel and work in Kuala Lumpur.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Full-Time position available.
