Marketing Communication Executive (Advertising & Promotions / Leasing)
at ES Media in Kota Bharu, Kelantan
The Job:
• Conceptualise, plan and execute promotional campaigns and tenants related promotions
• Develop and coordinate all advertising materials or related communication activities
• Liaise with tenants, partners and suppliers to develop joint business plan and promotions
• Develop relationships with retailers and their various levels of Management to secure their commitment to the centre so that cross promotions can be cultivated
• Handle Atrium promotions and leasing of atrium spaces
• Identify and secure casual leasing of kiosks
• Identify and plan advertising space for awareness
• Responsible for marketing of office and retail space whilst preparing revenue forecast and marketing plan that meets the Management’s expectation
• Assist in sourcing and securing tenants and meet leasing targets
• Conduct side inspection in order to understand the geographical location, surroundings, topography, infrastructure and amenities of the building
• Coordinate tenancy renewals and maintain a healthy occupancy rate
• Maintaining good landlord and tenant relationship
• Reporting to the Marketing Communication Manager
The Person:
• Minimum a Diploma in Business / Marketing or other related field
• At least 2 ~ 3 years experience preferably from retail leasing, sales and/or marketing
• Team oriented, self starter and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task and work on several projects at a time and meet date line
• Must have good communication skills both in written and spoken in English and Mandarin
• Excellent verbal and written skill in English and Mandarin
• Applicants must be willing to travel, relocated and possess their own transport.
