Shop Managers
at MST GOLF SDN BHD (Anywhere)
Responsibilities:
• Review and keep track of sales (set daily target and ensure achievement of sales target)
• Reports to Retail/Area Manager on staff performance and sales/shop performance
• Lead/manage a team of retail staff to produce the best performance
• Handle the overall shop operations and ensure consistency in the standard of retail operations.
• Review staff strength and delegate job duties accordingly
• Liase/follow-up with HQ on stocks support
• Implement/execute sales & promotion plans
• Maintain and keep check of quality customer service from staff
• Provide feedbacks on stocks, customers and market situation to HQ
• Responsible to increase/build clientele (database) to increase regular customers
• Monitor/conduct training to staff (sales and supervisory)
Requirements:
• More than 5 years experience in retail shop management
• Good analytical and problem solving ability
• Possess good people management skills
• Trustworthy and strong integrity
• Highly initiative in achieving sales target
• Able to generate good team spirit/team work
• Good organisation skills
• Basic golf technical knowledge
• Excellent leadership quality
• Self-disciplined & self-motivated
