Assistant Finance Manager Full-time

at ESA Network Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  • Control of the closing of monthly and yearly accounts and ensuring the timely preparation of all management reports
  • Providing input and assistance in the development of accounting applications, reports, forms, records and documented procedures
  • Preparation of adhoc reports and financial analysis
  • Review of petty cash, cashbook and accounts payable to ensure accurate recording and correct coding of expenses
  • Reviewing reconciliation of:
  • * Receipts and payments
  • * Accounts receivables and accounts payable
  • * Sales and collections
  • * Purchases in AP against inventory system
  • * Gift vouchers

Requirements:
Degree in Accounting and Part CIMA or ACCA
2 – 3 years relevant working experience
Gender: Female
Race: Chinese
Age between 23 – 35

Other Information:

Salary RM 3,000 – 4,500
Work Location: Cheras
Working Hours 9.00am – 6.00pm (Mon – Fri)
