Responsibilities:
Perform assigned maintenance, trouble shooting & repair in M&E works which include painting, carpentary and plumbing
To carry out Preventive Maintenance on electrical equipment including aircond, M&E, PABX, fire alarm system and audio visual
To operate and control functioning of main panels and extension for lighting, power, telephone, etc and their preventive maintenance.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical) or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to read a circuit diagram and trouble shoot
Able to work under life equipment system
Able to work on shift
Experience working in hotel/shopping mall/condominium is an added advantage
