Job responsibilities

- Follow check-in process of all Arrivals (FIT/Groups) according to the set SOP.
- Process and update all check-ins of the day accurately.
- Handles preparation of keys for groups
- Handles mails/faxes/messages for hotel guests.
- Must be well-conversant with hotel facilities and promotions
- Constantly update self on product-knowledge such as room amenities, facilities and rates
Ensure Reception counter is kept tidy at all times.
