Accounts Assistant
at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat in Ipoh, Perak
Job Responsibilities:
- In-charge of Accounts Payable and Income Audit of the hotel
- Ensure timely preparation of payment for all purchases
- Prepare monthly creditors’ reconciliation
- Ensure daily revenue is correctly captured and recorded
- Ensure proper authorization and approval for transactions such as allowances, rebates, vouchers, entertainment checks
- Ensure efficiency in safe-keeping of all documents and accounting records for easy retrieve and references.
Requirements:
- A diploma holder in Accounting / Finance with at least 2 years of experience in preferably in hotel industry;
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good verbal and written English language skills;
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Application;
- Knowledge in AccPac, Opera, and other software application is an added advantage
