Accounts Assistant Full-time

at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat in Ipoh, Perak

Job Responsibilities:

  • In-charge of Accounts Payable and Income Audit of the hotel
  • Ensure timely preparation of payment for all purchases
  • Prepare monthly creditors’ reconciliation
  • Ensure daily revenue is correctly captured and recorded
  • Ensure proper authorization and approval for transactions such as allowances, rebates, vouchers, entertainment checks
  • Ensure efficiency in safe-keeping of all documents and accounting records for easy retrieve and references.

Requirements:

  • A diploma holder in Accounting / Finance with at least 2 years of experience in preferably in hotel industry;
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good verbal and written English language skills;
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Application;
  • Knowledge in AccPac, Opera, and other software application is an added advantage
