CREDIT RECOVERY OFFICER

CREDIT RECOVERY OFFICER / TELE COLLECTOR
(For BANKING & TELECOMMUNICATION)
(Cheras,Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
•To Call & Negotiate with customers for payments & repayment plan.
•Ensure that collection actions taken are within corporate guidelines, and collection policies.
•Manage and achieve daily productivity standards in terms of achieving targets for monthly collection, call attempts.
•To comply with clients rules and regulations
•Take on additional tasks and/or projects when assigned.
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in any field.
•Must be able to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage)
•Applicants with or without experience may apply.
•Good negotiation and communication skills are required for the position.
•Possess positive attitude, pleasant personality and MUST be computer literate.
•Good listener and have strong 'Customer 1st' mindset.
•Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
