1. Recruiting and developing new supportive dealers.
2. Develop business plan for dealers, such as planning for road-shows, training and other sales campaigns.
3. Maximizing brand presence at dealers' outlets.
4. To meet sales and distribution target.
5. To ensure to achieve a higher share in the market.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field.
2. Minimum 5 year(s) working experience in the related field in which 2 years in Managerial level.
3. Proven track record preferably in the telecommunication or FMCG industries.
4. Willing to be based in Johor Bharu.
5. Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills.
