Client Service - Administrator
at Tele-Temps Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur
Salary Offered : RM 2500 - 3000 Per Month
Requirements :
· Min. SPM or higher with at least 1 year experience in Sales, Marketing or equivalent preferred but not necessary.
· Female aged between 19 and 40 years.
· Able to communicate well in English & Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken.
· Must possess great interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task and deal with all level of people.
· Computer literate.
· Good team player, patient and able to work independently.
· Applicants should be Malaysian citizen only.
Responsibilities :
· Handling of phone calls and email enquiries related to courses to fill up the public course schedule for Singapore and Malaysia.
· Ensure that registrations / bookings are in order with complete and accurate information on Training and Invoice contact and payment method.
· Send confirmation letter and courtesy reminders.
· Reply customer emails accurate information about course details
· From time to time, Client Service with the respective Account Manager will be required to travel and meet customers in Malaysia and Singapore.
· Ensure that all communication emails / phone / meeting are entered into system with accuracy and updated immediately.
