Merchandising Manager
at Tele-Temps Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor
RM 4500 - 5500 PM
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Fashion Designing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in Managerial level and with 3 years specializing in handbags merchandizing and retail industries.
- Must be Chinese Female aged between 33 - 40 years.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese Language.
- Able to lead a team of Merchandising Department staffs in achieving optimum results and to maintain high morale and team spirits at all times.
- Ability to organize and handle a wide variety of tasks on a daily basis is an essential.
- Possess high level of commitment and able to demonstrate initiative and integrity.
- Must be able to work independently and travel oversea when is required.
- Applicants should be Malaysian only.
Responsibilities:-
- To assist the Management to set merchandising and product development objectives for Company’s retail outlets and brands.
- To identify marketing direction, targeted market as well as individual concepts for various retail outlets and brands.
- To analyse the past sale records, current market demand and future fashion trend for planning of purchase budget and forecast effectively.
- To lead Merchandising department in execution of all documentations planning including budget, buying, order records, price point analysis and product line analysis.
- Overseeing on the sourcing of the right merchandise in terms of quality, style, fabrication, colour, accessories and designs for the targeted markets in line with the current market and fashion trend.
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse department to ensure timely deliveries and to clear slow moving stock to minimize stock obsolescence.
- Support the Merchandising and Product Research Team on correct and attractive product packaging in line with the brand direction and concept.
