Call Centre (Inbound) Full-time

at Tele-Temps in Shah Alam, Selangor

Salary : RM 1800 PM

Requirements :

· Candidate must possess minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
· At least 1-year experience in Insurance, Reservation or Ticketing will be an added advantage.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Training provided.
· Able to speak fluently in English.
· Fluency in Mandarin and / or Cantonese will be an added advantage.
· Must be able to think and enjoy talking to people.
· Computer literate.
· Strong initiative and committed to exceed sales target.
· Applicants should be MALAYSIAN citizens or hold relevant residence status


Responsibilities :

· Responsible to take inbound calls from prospective and existing customers.
· Handle flight bookings and reservations, and customer complaint resolution.
