Customer Service Executive
at Tele-Temps in Shah Alam, Selangor
Basic Salary : RM 1400-1600 PM
Requirements :
· Candidate must possess at least SPM and above with credit in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
· Minimum 1-year experience in related field.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Age : 19 – 45 years old.
· Computer literate.
· Basic customer service skill with good telephone ethic.
· Able to speak good Bahasa Malaysia & English. Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
· Candidate can start work immediately.
· Applicants should be MALAYSIAN citizens only.
Responsibilities :
· To handle inbound telephone calls from customers.
· Provide customers with answers to general and product enquiries as well as giving billing information provided by the system.
· To gather from the customer all the information necessary to fulfil their requirement (hand phone / account number, etc) and enter accurately into the appropriate system.
· To complete any administration tasks as required by the team leader.
