Senior Customer Service Assistant - Supply & Exchange Full-time

at Tele-Temps Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
To prepare Supply payment vouchers and invoices to approval.
To monitor all payments to suppliers and service providers are on time.
To fulfill Supply shipping details in the system.
To prepare Goods Receipting Process in the system.
To update Supply data / info for Management analysis on demurrage, depot lifting, outturn, reports, etc.
To maintain proper filing of documents for Bill of Ladings, Surveyor Reports, etc.
Requirements:
Min Education / Qualification: Diploma in Accounting / Finance
No of Years of Experience: 2 years experience in Shipping/Oil & Gas, Supply & Exchange
6 months Contract 1st October 2010 - 31st Mar 2011 (Not Extendable)
Special Requirements: Working experience in Supply payment vouchers an added advantage

Age between 23 - 35

Other Information:

Salary Offered : RM1500 - RM2000 (Subject to Qualifications and Experience)
Working Hours / Days : 8.30am - 5.15pm (Mon - Fri)
Work Location : Port Klang
