Reservation Sales Executive (Call Center)
at Tania in Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer service enquiries in regards to Flight bookings and reservations
Customer complaint resolution
Meet sales targets and achieve customer service related KPI\'s
Requirements:
Min Education / Qualification: SPM
At least 1 year experience in customer service and/or sales - Telephone or face to face
Any Gender
Any Race
Age between 18 to 40
Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be an added advantage
Other Information:
Salary: RM1, 800 – RM2,500
Work Location: Petaling Jaya
Working hrs/days: 24hrs Call centre - 8hrs / 5days (Must be able to work on shift basis)
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
