HUman Resource Consultant Full-time

Responsibility:

  • Deliver high quality candidates by sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing applicants that match the qualifications, skills and the experience specified by clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up closely with clients and candidates to close assignments successfully while meeting set targets
  • Expand and maintain accurate and complete database on all clients and candidates.
  • Work as a key player in a high performing team.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales background (preferably retail sales). Prior experience in recruitment is not a must but will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem solving, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a sales/target-oriented environment.
  • Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision.
  • Mature, with at least 3 years of working experience & comfortable in a supervisory role.
  • Must be a team player; self-motivated, target-driven with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and people-oriented environment.
  • Chinese preferred.
