Customer Service Professionals Full-time

at Peak Horizon Trading in Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answer phones professionally
2. Respond to customer inquiries
3. Research required information using available resources
4. Handle and resolve customer complaints
5. Provide customers with product and service information
6. Process orders, forms and applications
7. Identify and escalate priority issues
8. Route calls to appropriate resource
9. Follow up customer calls where necessary
10. Complete call logs
11. Must be able to Converse in Mandarin and Cantonese
12. Successful candidates will work 6 days a week, 7 hours a day. The earliest shift starts at 8a.m. and the last shift starts at 11a.m.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidate must be able to converse in Mandarin & Cantonese.
2. Must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Call Centre Executive or equivalent.
