Farm Manager
at Chicwan Poultry Farms Sdn Bhd in Kuching, Sarawak
Responsibilities:
1- Manage and provide direction to the Farm co-worker. Monitor and ensure their punctuality. Motivate and train them on a regular basis.
2- Regularly liaise and update Senior Manager on farm progress and problems
3- Be ready for all situation and be on duty even at odd hours
4- To carry our other duties assigned by Senior Manager
Requirements:
1- Degree/Postgraduate in Agriculture or equivalent with over 5 years experience in poultry farm operations.
2- Excellent leadership qualities and interpersonal skills as well as a mentor and team player
3- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
4- candidate will have an excellent knowledge of chicken farming techniques, with good general practical knowledge of chicken nutrition, chicken diseases, and chicken etc.
