HRA Assistant
at Segi Cash & Carry Sdn. Bhd. in Selangor
Responsibilities:
1. To assist HRA Assistant in handling all HR daily activities.
2. To follow-up closely with HRA outlets on Payroll Preparation Reports (Monthly Schedule, Monthly Reports, Organization Structure, Overtime Report, Leave & Attendance Record, Employee Movement Report) and others form / correspondence.
3. Prepare, update and maintain personal files and ensure all reports and letters are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
4. To perform any other duties as instructed by immediate superior or any other person / persons assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
3. Immediate availability is an added advantage.
4. Speak good English and Mandarin.
5. Full-time positions available.
6. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
