Business Development Manager
As part of 88Group of Companies, 88HR Development Centre provides HR Training, HR Consultation as well marketing of Development Courses. As the marketer of various financial courses, currently 88HRD is actively promoting Forex classes & Property Investment Classes - the best financial vehicle during this recession period. We are looking for aggressive and ambitious sales processionals & leaders (Business Associates) to help expanding the financial education business within Malaysia (primary in Penang & KL/Selangor area). During the job interview, a brief personality test will be conducted to understand the strengths of the Applicant. Also, all Applicants shall be subject to attend a Basic Forex Class (free) to understand further and in details what exactly 88HRD is promoting and how it can help people to accumulate wealth & achieve financial freedom during this recession period. We don't believe in selling but we believe in sharing good things with people.
Tough challenges will be faced but great incentives are provided. Leaders who have the experiences working for insurance agencies or unit trust companies or mobile sales teams are encouraged to apply as we operate on a similar structure but with an irresistible product.
Job Requirements
• Candidate must have own transportation as travelling is somehow required to meet people outside the office regularly.
• Computer literacy like internet, Microsoft Office and graphic design is essential.
• Must love to meet and share good things with people, even strangers.
• Education level is not important. We are more focus on the Applicants' capability. On job practical training will be provided
• Required language(s): English. Fluency in Mandarin & Malay will be an added advantage.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managerial level specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• 5 Full-Time positions available in each Penang & KL/Selangor area.
• Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher Diploma
• Applicants must be willing to travel.
Job Responsibilities
To Build Working Income:
• Establish large network & database of potential clients.
• Conducting presentation of the Company's products & services to the potential clients / public.
• Organize & run public road shows to invite prospects to FREE classes/preview.
• Meet monthly sales target to enjoy incentives and bonuses.
To Build Business Income:
• Recruit new Wealth Ambassadors/Executives to build the referrals system.
• Provide training to Executives to cope with their necessary challenges.
• Develop a career path for executives to grow with the Company.
To Build Investment Income:
• Learn how to make at least 10% per MONTH with your investment portfolio.
• Start your wealth accumulation with the world best financial vehicle and aim for young retirement.
