Account Assistant
at Asian Room Service in Selangor
Based at Phileo Damansara; Room Service is Kuala Lumpur’s exclusive restaurant food delivery service delivering delicious food from a selection of the cities finest eating establishments. Room Service specialises in delivering gourmet delights directly to customer’s homes’ and offices’ in just 1 hour
Responsibilities:
1) Up to date accounts & administration
2) Work as a positive member and contributor to the whole team.
3) Be a key driver in the management of accounts and administration
4) Execute all of the “Key Responsibilities” in line with specified timelines.
5) Contribute positively to the development of the business regardless of division
6) Daily management of all in bound and outbound office administration
7) Management of company cash book, bank reconciliations & cheque issuance
8) Preparation of monthly management reports
9) Preparation of staff payroll and HR administration
10) Inventory management
Requirements
a) Candidate must possess at least LCCI, or equivalent.
b) Able to handle full set of accounts
c) Preferred PC Literate – Knowledge in MYOB
d)Able to work independently as well as in a team
e)Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
f) Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
g) Leadership and strong interpersonal skills
h) Good Communication Skills. Able to converse in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
