Responsibilities:
- Based in our Asia Pacific Regional Support Centre, located in Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya, our support organisation is strongly customer focused and comprised of highly skilled and well-motivated Support Analysts. Your primary job function is to provide Application support via phone/email/fax
- Respond to client calls in a professional manner, providing solutions and advice where appropriate.
- Ensuring Service Quality levels are maintained.
- Ensuring all issues are handled in a timely manner.
- Reviewing outstanding issues, ensuring clients are kept informed of progress.
- Attending relevant Scala training courses, in-line with our internal certification scheme.
Requirements:
- Fluent (written and spoken) in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- MS-SQL, Pervasive (Btrieve), Windows XP/2003, Crystal Reports, Citrix, VBA, additional technical knowledge on network environments and/or operating systems will be highly valued but not required
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Those with experience of computer based accounting will be an added advantage
