HR AND ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
(To be based in Simpang Ampat, Penang)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administrative tasks, HR & payroll matters including liaising with statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, UNION & Income Tax Department.
• Responsible for the custom clearance, including import and export.
• To assist in maintaining the ISO 9001: 2008 documentations – assist in training plan, training identification, record individual training, and training assessment/post training evaluation and recruitment documentations for new hires.

Requirements:

• Minimum requirement of a Diploma / Degree holder.
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Timeflex and Payflex.
• Familiar with custom procedures.
• Knowledge of export and import shipping procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience.
• Looking for self-starter, independent, someone with high integrity and strong team work spirit. Proactive and initiative.
